Customer Support Representative
I applied via LinkedIn in Oct 2017. A recruiter reached out for an initial phone screening to talk about the role, my interest, and Upgrade. It went well, and I was excited for the onsite interview. This onsite consisted of 3 back-to-back rounds: one with the Customer Service supervisor, then the manager, and finally the director. They asked standard questions about my background, why I wanted to work at Upgrade, and my thoughts on customer service. Each interview ended with a casual chat to gauge personality. Later that day, the recruiter and manager called with a job offer. I started 3 weeks after and have loved my time at Upgrade Inc!!

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty standard. I had a phone interview first, and then a few days later, I was invited to meet some of the employees. One interviewer was a bit strange, asking me some odd questions and then admitting they looked at my Twitter. They said that's why they were asking the weird questions. I get that companies check social media, but it felt really awkward and uncomfortable, and it made me not want to accept an offer if one came. Luckily, I never heard back about an offer or rejection.

Customer Support Representative
First, there was a phone screen to gauge my knowledge of the company and the role. After that, I had an in-person interview with three supervisors. Two were great, but one was uninterested and made me uncomfortable. He even said, 'I think that you are just telling me what you think I want to hear.' After that, I figured I wouldn't get the job, and two weeks later, I got an email saying they moved on. It wasn't a great experience.
