Got a standard HR chat, lots of chit-chat, and some personality assessments. They didn't give much info on what to expect. Communication was slow and kind of rude and curt. They seemed like they didn't care.

HR manager approached me to see if I was interested. Sent my CV, then had a phone call with her. After that, another phone call with the head of the department. Then a face-to-face meeting with the team leader in Frankfurt. Afterwards, a condition was discussed via email. Within two weeks, everything was settled and I was in America for the annual meeting and training.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a 30 minute phone interview. If you passed that, then there were 4-5 half-hour sessions. They asked some technical questions, and also some process/critical thinking questions like "How would you go about doing....". Mostly, it was behavioral questions asking for a situation, action, and the result/outcome.

The interview process was great and straightforward. They really looked at my qualifications and you could tell they're serious about finding good people, but they're also fair. The folks there are results-driven. I'll recommend this place to others when I can.
