It was a total waste of my time. Horrible. They made me do a 2-hour written competency test, then I got shortlisted. After that, they scheduled three interviews at their convenience. They also asked for two references with 10 detailed background questions that took at least two hours to complete, plus my passport details. Then there were performance evaluations, and finally, they told me UNRWA wasn't moving forward. They did backdoor checks which made all the other steps unnecessary. It was a harrowing 70-day process. Glad I didn't get the job because they are not good people. They readvertised the job the next day without explaining why they wasted my time.

There was a written test based on the job advert. A question about the private sector was a bit unexpected but I think I did well. The interview process was long and I experienced connection issues that caused delays. I contacted the help desk when the glitches began and have proof that the issues were not my fault. This allowed me to finish the multiple-choice questions, which were straightforward, and the essay questions. There were about 15 multiple-choice questions and 3 essay questions.

The interview process was great, detailed, and professional. They focused on the points of work and were elaborative about the job requirements. The questions were easy and direct in a relaxed environment. They clearly talked about salaries, development opportunities, and training options. A panel conducted most of the interviews.
