The whole thing took about two months from when I applied until the end of the interviews. It was a pretty straightforward process, mostly technical, but overall a positive experience. They asked me about my past experience, how I've found creative solutions to problems, checked my competency, and how I work in a team.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process kicked off with a recruiter call, then moved to a technical screen, and finished with an onsite interview. The onsite involved a warm-up where I was asked to introduce myself and explain my interest in the role. This was followed by a competency-based interview focusing on several key areas: leading self and others, result orientation, solution focus, integrity and inclusion, partnering, agility, and communication. There was also a presentation component.
