I started with a long online application, then a written test, then a competency based interview. The written test was one hour long and the competency based interview had a self introduction and then 3 questions. A panel of 3 interviewers including 1 HR rep conducted it.

So after getting past the initial screening, I had to do a written test. It was pretty complex. I think I made it to the last stage. Before the interview, they made me do a JSL personality test. I got to the interview stage. The whole thing took 10 months, which felt like forever, especially since they said the role was urgent. They didn't give much info or support for the interview, which was a bummer considering how long it took. Honestly, I had a really bad experience and won't be applying again.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview was pretty good. A panel of four interviewers, comprising two technical specialists and two HR representatives, evaluated my candidacy. They were quite amiable, and the questions weren't excessively challenging. They diligently took notes as I responded. Although their list contained six main questions, numerous follow-up inquiries arose organically during our discussion. Given the technical demands of the role, the technical experts led most of the questioning, with their inquiries often stemming from my initial responses. I found this engaging as it touched upon areas I'm well-versed in.
