The whole hiring thing took 3 months from when I applied to when I got the offer. It was pretty simple: first, a 2-hour test, then a 30-minute interview. The interview itself was chill, more relaxed than usual. I talked with my potential supervisor and another intern. They asked stuff like what's your weakness, how you handle teamwork, and about a time you solved a problem. Overall, it was a really good recruitment experience.
