Behavioral Presentation

Started off normally with a CV and cover letter (all in English), then a video interview (also in English) with pre-recorded questions and limited time to answer. It was quite impersonal and the questions were very open-ended; the limited time (with a timer and various alarms) was quite disruptive.

The interviews at Universum Global in Stockholm were a complete mess. I've never had 3 in-person interviews, 2 phone calls, and a group assessment day before getting a 2-month internship that was unstructured and unclear. What really frustrated me and other applicants was that Universum kept saying offers would come in a week or two, but they actually make you wait for 2-3 months sometimes, keeping you hanging.

It was a 2 part interview. First, I chatted with the manager and another employee for about 30 mins. They asked a lot about my education, background, personality, and if I'd fit the company culture. Second, there was a 30 min excel test to check my quantitative skills.
