It was a personal and low stress interview process. Started with an initial phone screening to learn more about the role. Then had a face to face interview on site. Typical interview questions were asked during the interview, no surprises. A background check was required. A cover letter and references were also required.

So, back when I interviewed, the process was a bit different than it is now. We were a group of four candidates, and we went into this big ballroom. We each took turns being interviewed by different people, usually in groups of two interviewers. After we went through four rounds of questions from the interviewers, we were done and could leave.
