It was a phone and Skype interview, starting with introductions. They asked questions, but the sound quality was bad. The interviewers seemed nice at first but got more intense as we went on. I didn't get an offer, and they seemed to disagree with each other about some things.

Had a full day of interviews for a postdoc position. Met with eight different scientists and faculty members one on one. Presented my doctoral research in a one-hour talk. Went out to lunch with them. Ended up getting the job, and the colleagues were great.
