The communication during the process is not great and the interviews for finalists are extremely long, often with the same people as the first round. They give little notice when asking to interview for 3 hours and only offer one time slot, even when they know you are currently employed.

I applied online for the Administrative Assistant position in the School of Business, specifically for the Evening & Executive MBA Programs. About three weeks after applying, I had a phone interview with a panel. A few days after that, they emailed to say the recruitment for this role was cancelled, mentioning that the position might be posted again later. I was annoyed by this.

After submitting my resume and cover letter, I had a brief interview. I met some nice, open-minded people who seemed like they'd be great to work with. I was happy to get the opportunity to work for the University, though personal matters cut my time there short.
