The interview process was smooth and I felt supported throughout, understanding my role and what it would entail. There were multiple interview rounds with staff of different seniority levels, which helped me grasp the nature of the position.
- What are your aspirations for growth in a role, and how do they align with your personal development objectives?
Research Associate
The interview process was a clear, step-by-step journey. I gathered important info at the start and every part was key to the end. It was a good experience overall, and I felt good finishing each step purposefully.
- Can you discuss your previous research work?
- What technical standards have you worked with?
Teaching Fellow
I had one interview with the supervisor. It was a bit strange because there was another candidate there with me, but it was okay. It was mostly a Q&A, not super chatty since there was another person there.
- How would you handle a student who is in distress?
Clinical Research Coordinator
The interview process wasn't hard; it was the long wait times between steps that drained me. First, there is a one-way interview, then a virtual video interview. That is as far as I got.
- What do you think is most important when working with a clinical care team?
