The process was pretty fast, and the interviewers were friendly. They made me feel comfortable. It was a competitive role, and even though my READ AI tool analysed that I did so well in the interview with scores over 89/88 and 92, I didn't get the role.

I applied for the position around late May 2019 and got invited for a phone interview which went really well. The panel told me I'd hear back later that day if I got a second interview, which would be face-to-face. By around 3 PM, I got an email for the second interview, which had 3 parts: 1st, me and the interview panel; 2nd, a group interview; and 3rd, a job-related presentation. The presentation involved responding to 3 scenarios given by the team lead and creating a PowerPoint. The second interview was done via Blackboard Collab. After the interview, both finalists were told they'd hear back in a week about the decision as they wanted someone to start in July. I sent a thank you email, offering more info if needed. I didn't hear back for 3-4 weeks until an automatic email said they chose another candidate.

I applied online and about 2-3 weeks later, I got a call to set up a phone interview for the next day. The phone interview was around 20-30 minutes and had about 5 questions asked by at least 4 interviewers. They said they'd call back soon about the rest of the process, and they did within a day, inviting me to an on campus interview the following week. They sent an email with the agenda and a topic for me to present on. During that interview, I met the employees, gave my presentation, and took a typing test and a written test that seemed to check attention to detail. About a week and a half after that, I got a call with an offer.

This student job was posted by the university through Career Services. I sent my application via email near the end of summer since I couldn't start earlier. I had an on-site interview later that week which was mostly a skills test. The test involved identifying hardware and going through some procedures. About 2-3 weeks after that, I got an email asking me to come in to fill out the necessary paperwork to confirm the hiring.
