First, I submitted an online application where I talked about why I'd make a good ambassador. The questions were pretty easy and straightforward, so most applicants got invited to an assessment day. At the assessment day, we had group exercises to test our teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

it was pretty selective, so i went through 2 rounds of selections - one in groups then one individual interview where I was asked about my previous work experience and what I liked about Warwick/what excited me about the role.

The interview process was quite long, lasting about 4 to 5 hours. It mainly consisted of group activities, including games and discussions. There was also a brief individual interview that only took about 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute mock campus tour presentation at the very end.
