I applied online, and got the interview invitation 2 weeks after the closing date. First, I had a test to prioritize tasks and write an email, which took 20 minutes. After that, I had a panel interview. The interview itself went well, though I felt I wouldn't get the job. The interviewers were polite and nice, and I didn't feel stressed at all. They asked typical questions about my IT skills and previous experience. When I was invited for the interview, I looked for the job description, but couldn't find it. And then, I was asked 'What do you know about the department where I will work if successful?' and I had absolutely nothing to say. This was very awkward and the moment I knew I failed. After the interview, they said a decision would be made by the end of the day. I got a call a few hours later with feedback from one of the panel members. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely apply again. I'll make sure to save the job description next time.
