The interview involved a panel of people from HR, academics, and the transformation committee. Each person asked me one question. I also got a brief chance to ask them questions. I'd emailed HR beforehand to ask about the salary range but didn't hear back. After the interview, I asked for feedback but HR never replied.

I sent my CV in January 2015 to the department and got called for an interview the week after. It was about 30 minutes long. They asked me if I had any previous tutoring or lecturing experience and some questions about the subject I'd be tutoring. They also asked the standard 'tell me about yourself' question.
