It started with a long application with a few questions, then there was just one interview. I had to do a task before the interview. Three people were on the panel and they asked the questions one by one. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. The questions were kind of hard, with multiple parts to each one. I think they don't ask all the parts of a question at once anymore.

The employer was super clear about everything from the start. I liked that they gave me a task to do beforehand, it gave me a better feel for the actual job. The interview itself was great, I met with a fantastic panel who made me feel really at ease. Before they started asking questions, they reminded me about important job aspects, like working on campus and in a hybrid setup. I thought that was a nice touch because I didn't have to worry about asking myself. They asked a mix of questions about my background, my behavior, and hypothetical situations, mostly related to college settings and customer service. All in all, it was a really positive experience.

The initial application process was straightforward and allowed for easy scheduling. However, the experience declined significantly after the interview. While the panel was pleasant, I received no follow-up for about a month, requiring me to chase them multiple times. I sent three emails to the hiring manager with no reply, and only received an automated system response six weeks later. Despite preparing and delivering a presentation, the organization failed to communicate a response. I also requested feedback on how I could improve, as I believed the interview went well, but received no answer. This entire experience has made me unwilling to apply to this organization again.

I had to prepare a 20-minute teaching session on a topic that was assigned to me. The interview kicked off with me delivering this session, after which I was asked some questions about my previous teaching experience and my general teaching style. The interview itself was alright; I felt some panel members were more engaged than others. I'm rating this as a negative experience overall because preparing a 20-minute teaching demo on a subject I didn't choose was quite time-consuming. A week after the interview, I received an automated email stating I wasn't successful. It did include an email address for feedback, so I reached out to that person (who wasn't on the interview panel), but I never heard back.
