They gave me about 24 hours to submit 5 references. I went through 3 interviews, which I thought were going alright, and then they completely ghosted me. I told a lot of people and most responded with something along the lines of being sorry to hear that but they're not surprised at all. Apparently UArts has a history of treating their staff terribly. The interviews themselves really varied as far as topics go, which made me question if they fully knew what they wanted from this role. While I didn't mind the actual interviews themselves, everything else they did during the interview process screamed unprofessional

I had a first phone chat and then two more interviews with the team. They also asked for 5 professional references to complete a questionnaire, which felt like a lot for an entry level job. It was nice meeting many of the team members to see if we were a good fit for the role.

Applied for the job online and sent my application through a personal contact. Got an email about two weeks later to set up an interview. Before the interview, we also chatted briefly by email to figure out who would be interviewing me. I interviewed with 5 people in total. Four of them were in a group interview, and then I had a one-on-one with my direct supervisor. I was offered the position out of 108 candidates. The offer came over the phone the next day. I started within two weeks.

So, first there was a written test that took about 30 minutes. After that, I had an interview that lasted around 30 to 40 minutes. There were three people on the panel. I tried to get some feedback afterward, but the university never got back to me.
