The process was quite straightforward and efficient. Initial stages were conducted via video call, followed by in-person interviews. I generally recommend applying to this company, even though I wasn't selected this time.

Postdoctoral Scholar
You first contact the PI via email, then you schedule an online interview with them. The PI will then introduce you to the lab members and schedule a seminar interview. After submitting your application, you'll be invited to attend an on-site interview. Your performance during the interview will be reviewed, and then you may receive an offer of appointment.

Research Coordinator
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. It was panel-style and they asked scenario-based questions. We talked about benefits and working hours. They also inquired about my skills and future career aspirations. We went over the project details and what my responsibilities would be if I were offered the job. They also asked about my education.

Postdoctoral Fellow
I applied online and then received an email to apply on the University Website. The interview was telephonic, and the questions were general related to my experience. One day I received a call that I was ready to accept the offer and I accepted it.
