Manager
Before I attended the interview, they explained the whole process and even shared the questions I would be asked. This really helped calm my nerves and made me feel super prepared. I had to put together a presentation about the job and then answer some questions based on my competencies. The interview was online, which was great for fitting it around my work. The panel was nice and welcoming. Even though I didn't get the job, I'd totally apply again because the interview process was so good.
- Can you explain your motivation for applying to this position?
Housekeeper
The interview was easy and the environment was friendly. I was interviewed by 4 people. One person explained the job. The other 3 asked me 2 questions each. At the end, I had the opportunity to ask questions. They told me clearly that I would receive a call the same day or tomorrow. I received the call the same day.
- What makes you want to take on this role?
- Can you share an experience of working effectively in a team?
- How would you handle challenging interactions with clients?
