I had a phone interview first, and then an in-person one that included a presentation. The schedule seemed overwhelming at first, but the meetings were actually fine. I met with the search committee, team members, HR, and the director. After that, I gave my presentation and did a campus tour. Everyone was really nice and helped me feel comfortable.

I found out about this internship through my school's career services and applied. I got a call to schedule an interview which was only about 20 minutes long. They asked about my past experiences and what I could bring to the role. The interviewer was friendly and explained the intern's responsibilities really well. About a week later, I received an offer.

Met with faculty and some administrators who weren't prepared. Most of the interviewers were great though. The administrators just made small talk. Some of the faculty seemed really invested in whether I would accept the position.
