First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at University of Saint Augustine.
Marketing Specialist
So, I had four interviews after the initial recruiter chat. It was quite involved, needing 5 references to fill out a survey too. The questions were moderately difficult. The last one was a panel interview, and the first three were with different team members or managers.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully managed a particular marketing initiative?
Administrative Assistant
It was a really thorough and demanding interview process, and they were very punctual. It was quite extensive, covering a lot of responsibilities. They asked if I was willing to take on jobs spontaneously. I met with several directors and senior management members, which was pretty nerve-wracking.
- How do you feel about working a flexible schedule and taking on additional tasks based on your previous experiences?
University Representative
So, first I had this "off-the-record" chat in person with my supervisor and her manager. After that, it moved to a formal phone interview, and then I had two more in-person interviews. It was about three months from that first chat until I actually started working with USA.
- Given that the University Representative role is remote, how would you foster team unity and synergy?
Graduate Student
The interview process was a panel with 3 other students and 2 professors. It lasted about an hour and had about 10 questions. They structured it as a two-way conversation: first, they shared info about the program, then it was more of a traditional interview and a group interview.
- Why did you choose to enter the field of speech pathology?
- Could you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
