The interview process was good and the staff/interviewers were professional. I'd recommend this university to others. However, it might depend on the department and manager. I recommend asking questions and not relying solely on this review.

I applied to Strong Staffing for general Data Entry / Office Assistant roles. It took a very long time to even get an interview; I applied online for 3 months with no response before going in person. After that, it took a month to get an interview, and then another 3 months to get a job offer, which was a bit of a mess because the person who called never answered his phone. The office secretaries handled scheduling and the skills tests, which were typing and MS Office checks. Then I met a recruiter for the interview. Since I wasn't applying for a specific job but for their temp agency, the questions were about finding the right fit and making sure I could handle an office. The interview was easy, though some questions felt patronizing given my age and recent graduation. I expected them to call me, not the other way around.

I talked with two people. First, there was the person who set up my schedule. Then, I had to go through HR and a background check. They also made sure I didn't owe any student loans.
