So after I sent in my resume, the first step was a Zoom chat with the manager where we talked about my background, both school and work stuff. They also asked why I thought I'd be good for the job. Then for the second part, they gave me a made-up scenario and I had to write an article about it and also explain how I'd promote it on social media.

The interview process was quite lengthy and slow; they took their time responding and initiating the next steps. However, once the process began, it was very smooth, involving multiple stages like a phone call and an in-person meeting. Just be prepared for a delay in their review of your initial application.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. I initially had a video call with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited for a half-day interview session where I met with three separate panels, each consisting of 3-4 interviewers. Unfortunately, after the final interview round, I was ghosted and didn't hear back. When I followed up for feedback, I was ignored again. This lack of communication after a demanding final interview is really unprofessional.

Applied online and got a call back about three weeks later for an interview. The first interview was a phone screen with the Help Desk manager. Then I had an in-person interview with the same manager. After that, a panel from the Help Desk conducted a technical interview. The final interview was with the Assistant Vice President of User Services. HR called me about a week later with an offer.
