The interview was no pressure at all. The director was super nice and basically just asked me to introduce myself. We then chatted more about the parts of my introduction that she found interesting. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. Everything we talked about was related to the job description, and she really wanted to know how competent I was for the job. No special skills were needed.

I participated in a Graduate Recruitment Weekend. It involved one-on-one interviews with potential employers on campus, all within a single day. Their interview processes were quite similar. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes and focused on my previous job experiences and campus involvement. I heard back with offers or rejections within a month.

This was a very informal process; I basically got the job because I showed interest in it. It was nice to be taken seriously, however, it made me think that they must have had a very limited pool of applicants.
