The interview experience was quite positive. The HR department was very responsive, and the Principal Investigator (PI) provided great support. Although I didn't receive an offer, the PI personally contacted me to offer guidance on areas for improvement.

Following this, we had a group lunch where I could chat with current lab members about the work environment. The afternoon interviews were quite informal, essentially a general discussion about my prior experience and what I expected from the PhD.
