So before the interview I had to send in my CV and fill out an application form where I talked about what sustainability topics I'm interested in and why. They had all that when I met them and wanted me to chat about why those topics are important. I met with two directors from the CDT board for about an hour.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty basic. They asked questions about the research field in general and my past qualifications. They asked me to introduce myself and talk about my expectations if I were offered the role. Lastly, they asked a generic question about what I think the future trend of the field will be and if I think my research will help contribute to that and how.

Started with a casual conversation with the main professor. If that went well, I had to give a presentation about my past work. After that, there were two tests expected, which were CAD and programming, though these can change based on the role. They are happy to give feedback on your application.
