The team seemed nice. I wasn't aware it would be a panel interview format. After being welcomed, I was taken to a room where four people were waiting. They each asked questions one after the other. The questions were based on competencies. They seemed to focus more on the interview itself than my application, even though the job didn't require specific qualifications and I had a strong degree. I still didn't get the job because I didn't realize the interview would be competency-based.

I applied online and had the interview on Microsoft Teams because of COVID. HR was really good with communication and the process was smooth. The interviewers were nice but also professional. I heard back from HR about whether I got the job five days after the interview. I asked for feedback but didn't hear anything back.
