My experience with this research centre in the Faculty of Medicine and Health was pretty awful and impersonal, happening twice now. They interview you and then just ghost you completely. It's wild to be asked about ethical dilemmas in an interview by people who can't even spare a few minutes to follow up. The first time this happened, I kept reaching out, but the second time, I felt it was a clear sign. They often put disclaimers like 'Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted,' but this place will actually shortlist you, interview you, and then pretend the whole process never happened afterward.

The interview process was really smooth and clear, which was great. They were very transparent about everything. It was a short but challenging interview. I got the offer within a week after interviewing. All the questions were very technical, but overall it was a good experience.

It was a panel review lead by three professors, about 45 minutes long. They directly asked questions one by one, and did not give me time to start with a self-introduction. I had to prepare for direct confrontation with their questions, one by one.
