The interview process included technical questions about IT troubleshooting, like what to do if a computer screen doesn't turn on. There were also behavioral and general interview questions about how you approach certain situations. It was just one interview, not multiple stages, and it was short, around 30 minutes.

Behavioral

Interview was okay. Very question-based and no real effort to know the candidate. They don't even bother to call you after the interview. Very sad and pathetic. This is the second time it's happened.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with a panel that included the hiring manager, a director, and a key stakeholder. The team and staff seemed really friendly. The interview was structured and lasted about 45 minutes. It mostly involved asking for examples of my experience related to the role. I heard back from UNSW pretty quickly after the interview.
