First up was a Zoom call with two managers. Then, round two meant meeting with 3 or 4 folks from your department. Right after that, round three was with the people on your potential team.

So there was a telephone interview first, then a group interview with 3 people, then I had an interview with the manager level person. After that, there was a 2nd interview with 3 people and the Dean. Business Attire was required. I've heard the interview timeline varies a lot. Some people are hired within a few weeks of starting the application process, for other jobs it takes a few months.
