First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at University of Missouri.
College Advisor
It was a panel interview and then a one on one with the director. People from the university who had previously held the position and worked in the same field were there. It wasn't scary, and they asked about my passions, goals, and even fears. It was a really good time with lots of laughs, and it motivated me.
- What are your thoughts on the current state of education?
Student Advisor
I think I got this interview because I knew someone at the company. First, I had to get past the HR screening, and I was qualified. The whole thing was pretty easy. The people I talked to were nice and helpful. I was nervous, but the interview actually helped me get ready for the job and for future interviews.
- Were there any unusual questions asked?
- Were the questions pretty standard for this kind of job?
- Did the phone interview have the same questions as the on-campus interview?
