Behavioral Presentation

It was a panel interview and then a one on one with the director. People from the university who had previously held the position and worked in the same field were there. It wasn't scary, and they asked about my passions, goals, and even fears. It was a really good time with lots of laughs, and it motivated me.

I think I got this interview because I knew someone at the company. First, I had to get past the HR screening, and I was qualified. The whole thing was pretty easy. The people I talked to were nice and helpful. I was nervous, but the interview actually helped me get ready for the job and for future interviews.
