Nurse
I met with the unit manager and floor educator, and then we toured the unit. It was a comfortable environment and seemed welcoming to both new and experienced nurses. The new tower in the Children’s hospital is very nice and seems like a great place to work. I would highly recommend it.

Registered Nurse
The whole thing took about half an hour. It was pretty relaxed and informal. The nurse managers basically told me about the hospital, and what to expect with orientation and scheduling. Salary wasn't brought up though.

Registered Nurse
I met with a panel who asked me questions. We talked about my future goals. They showed me the unit and then explained what they look for in an employee. It was surprisingly laid back and comfortable.
