Marketing Campaigns Specialist
My interview experience with the marketing team at University of Southern Maine was unprofessional. I went through one round of interviews and thought it went well. I waited a month, and then they told me they were changing the job title and I didn't need to reapply, just let them know if I was still interested. I said yes, and then didn't hear back. I followed up twice and contacted the USM recruiter. Two months later, I got a rejection email. This job market is disappointing and the unprofessionalism is baffling.
