My interview experience with the marketing team at University of Southern Maine was unprofessional. I went through one round of interviews and thought it went well. I waited a month, and then they told me they were changing the job title and I didn't need to reapply, just let them know if I was still interested. I said yes, and then didn't hear back. I followed up twice and contacted the USM recruiter. Two months later, I got a rejection email. This job market is disappointing and the unprofessionalism is baffling.

So before you get into the training class that lasts the whole semester, you have this interview. You gotta have a writing sample ready - could be fiction or non-fiction. You also need to be at least a sophomore, and have a recommendation from a professor you've had before.
