The hiring process was really fast. I applied and they interviewed me within 3 days. The interview itself felt pretty relaxed and comfortable, but they definitely expect you to have a solid grasp of the science involved. The labs weren't huge, but the equipment was modern, and it seemed like they had stable funding. All in all, it was a good experience, and I think it would be a decent place to work.

Applied through the company website. Prepared some questions to ask about the job description. Got a call to set up the first meeting. First, I talked with two managers about my education and experience. This was a pre-screening interview and I passed. Then, I spoke with a third manager and the director for the second step. I liked the first two managers more; they were more welcoming and friendly and asked good questions. The director was kind of abrupt and that interview was short, only 10-15 minutes. I didn't get a good feeling about the position after that. I didn't meet other employees or visit the office, which I wish I had done because it would have helped me decide. My advice for others is to have questions ready to clarify the job posting and tasks. I thought the posting was unclear and I wish I had asked more about the specifics.

I applied online and got a call the next day for a phone interview. They asked basic questions about my resume and background. I passed that and was invited for a 1:1 interview the following week. It was mostly behavioral questions. The Monday after that, I got the offer. The environment felt very dry, but the hospital is great overall. Other RAs seem young and enthusiastic, which is a plus. The starting salary package is quite minimal.
