Behavioral Presentation

I had a 30-minute face-to-face interview with the manager. It was very pleasant. I'd suggest asking lots of questions and doing some research on the specific unit you're interested in. They asked me about how my personality meshes with others and how to be a team player, given the high-stress nature of the job.

The manager was super friendly and honest. It was a 2-part interview where they asked basic questions and I felt like I could just be myself. I also interviewed with the unit educator, and they made the whole thing really smooth. I'm really happy I decided to work here.
