First, you'll do an initial phone call where you give a pitch. If that goes well, you'll get a callback to set up a phone interview. They'll email you the details of the phone interview, giving you time to prep. Then, you'll basically do a telemarketer pitch where the hiring manager pretends to be a university alum, and you have to convince them to donate to a university fund.
