Applied online and had one Zoom interview. No assessments were given. The interview focused on your undergraduate grades and how you can demonstrate interest even if you don't feel it.

The interview process included a behavior interview where they asked about my personal statement, my 10-year plan, my short-term goal, my long-term goal, if I'm a team player, and to share some experiences. They also asked if I've ever been a leader before.
