Behavioral Presentation

I applied online directly through the school's employment job board, uploading my resume and filling out the basic application. I also attached a cover letter, my references, and my transcripts. Within a couple weeks, I was contacted for an in-person interview that lasted 2-3 hours. I first had a brief 1:1 with the Interim Assistant Dean. Then, I had a panel interview with that same person and four others. After that, I met again with the Interim Asst. Dean and then the retiring Assistant Dean. My references were contacted a week or so later. About a month after my interview, I followed up and was later called back with an offer.
