I had an initial email interview, then a virtual recorded interview, and finally a panel interview with the department and HR. HR didn't reply to my emails twice, so it was almost a month of silence. They sent a rejection email at 10 pm and ignored my request for feedback after the final round. Very rude and unprofessional, especially after making it to the last stage.
