First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at University of Cincinnati Foundation.
Assistant Director
I went through a phone screen first and then had a very long interview that lasted over 4 hours. I met with a bunch of people from different teams during this lengthy interview. This was a while back, so things might be different now.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience for this position?
Director
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews: a phone call, a meeting with the hiring manager, and a team interview. The interviews were relatively easy and relaxed. The team interviews were a bit unprepared but allowed for more open dialogue and discussion. The interview process and speed were typical, but I have not yet received an update on the hiring or position, and there has been no email response.
- What are some typical questions you see in interviews?
Intern
I was in a room with four people. They asked a bunch of questions about where I'm from and about my previous work. I also learned some stuff about the company.
- How has your previous experience prepared you for this role?
