This whole thing took over two months, which felt pretty long, but everyone I interacted with was good about getting back to me. They asked questions about what I'd done before, why I was interested in this job, and often dug into the details of the job description.

SUPER unprofessional, slow, outdated... I was interviewed for Communications Coordinator, applied in Jan and didn't get called til April. The team and manager give very awkward vibes, left with a strange feeling even though the first interview went well. They emailed for a second interview with higher-ups, which felt a bit better but they were late and unorganized. Then they emailed asking for references. References said conversations went really well. Heard nothing for a week, followed up with an email. Nothing. They completely GHOSTED me.. it's been almost 2 months and still nothing. Extremely unprofessional, and rude. After 2 in-person interviews, an assignment, reference checks, AND saying they would contact me. Glad they never offered the position because I feel like I dodged working in a shitshow environment!

The interview was a pleasant chat, and my supervisor was great – really nice, knew their stuff, and was on time.
