Administrative Assistant
I applied online for the Administrative Assistant job, and the whole thing took about two weeks. After I sent in my application, I got an email from HR to set up a phone screening. The first part was a 30-minute phone screening where the recruiter was super nice and asked about my background, skills, and why I wanted the job. They also told me about the company culture and benefits. Then, I had a 1-hour first interview over video call with the hiring manager. They asked me behavioral and situational questions.
