It was a panel interview where they gave me a statistics task. They also asked general questions about my research experience and my reasons for wanting to do a PhD. Then they asked follow-up questions based on my answers. The panel members were the programme directors and it was a really nice interview.

PhD Student
The supervisor first asks questions about your major knowledge, then asks some questions based on the research proposal you submitted, and finally asks you about future research plans and career plans.

- What are your future research plans?
PhD Student
They will ask you why you have chosen to research on the topic, your interest for it. what you enjoy doing, if you are smart, what you do at your spare time. why choose the instituition you wish to pursue a phd in. what makes you different from other applicants. what sports you play, what you can bring to the university. how fit you are and how determined you are.
