The interview was really comfortable. It started with casual chat about traffic and stuff, then moved to questions about my interests and abilities. After that, we talked about why I like sales and what I see as my own shortcomings. They also asked me about my relationships with managers and how I handle direction from them. I answered and then asked the manager about their specific style.

The whole process was pretty fast, taking about 3 weeks. After I applied, three weeks later, I had a virtual interview with 5 people on a panel. They asked me about 7-8 questions each about the job and my background. A few days after that, I had an in-person interview with the same panel. A few days after the second interview, they requested at least 3 professional references. They were good with communication until then. After a few days without an update, I figured they went with someone else, so I emailed them. They confirmed the job was filled.

It felt like I was brought in just to meet some hiring quota, and it was super obvious the staff didn't care about anything I had to say. They were really rude and disrespected my time. Also, HR is totally clueless. They interviewed me for a job I was barely qualified for, but then rejected me for a job I was overqualified for because my degree is in something "unrelated." The whole recruitment process was really unprofessional.
