This was a pretty straightforward interview process. They started with a standard 'tell me about yourself' and asked about my previous work. I spoke with both the manager and the director. It was a brief interview overall, not much to it. Ultimately, I received a job offer. Just trying to hit the word count here.

Applied via the university website and then after a few months, I got a call to set up an in-person interview. About 2 days later, I had my second interview and then got the offer the same day.

I applied online and they reached out via email about 3 weeks later for a phone interview. The day of the interview, there was a bit of a scheduling mix-up on their end, so we had to reschedule for later that week. This was a bit unsettling because we had everything confirmed in writing. I ended up speaking with both the hiring manager and her supervisor. It's been a month since then and I haven't heard back, with no updates online, so I'm assuming I didn't get the role.
