Administration Manager
I was asked 10 questions and interviewed by two people. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was asked mostly situational and behavioural questions. For example how would you handle a situation when a consultant cancels patient’s appointment for the day. Tell me about a mistake you made and what did you learn from it. Also questions about team management,

I had a presentation where the title was given in advance. It was a panel of two people. They asked standard interview questions related to the job description and person specification. They described it as values-based but it wasn't really. I had the opportunity to ask questions. They checked my identification and qualifications.

Biomedical Assistant
it was okay, pretty easy and interviewers were friendly (there were two). There were 6 questions which were all pretty expected and what you would assume would come up. I had to learn about the NHS which will come up and standard interview questions.
