I had an interview with a few people from the hiring team, maybe 3 or more. They gave me a test to do. After waiting a bit, I got the job offer. It was a good experience.

The interview was with an agency, not directly with UEI. I went to the agency office. It was a panel interview with a supervisor and two other staff members. They took turns asking questions and writing down my answers. The questions were pretty standard, like what you'd find on Glassdoor's '50 Most Common Interview Questions.' I got three main questions, plus a fourth one specifically to check my writing skills. I had a set time limit and used a laptop to type my response. After saving the document, the interview was over.

I had a phone chat with someone from the company. The very next day, I got a call with a job offer. The week after that, I went in for orientation. It all happened really fast. The person in charge of hiring made sure to explain the benefits and what the job entails clearly.
