I had to give a 5-minute presentation on my past research that was related to the job. Then we went through some technical and soft skills questions. They gave an overview of a project, but didn't really make the timelines or chances for professional development clear.

It was a group interview where we were given a list of 20 items (like a map, torch, etc.) and had to choose which ones would be suitable to bring to the Moon. Some items, like a compass, are on the list but wouldn't work there. After that, we got a random topic and had to speak about it for one minute. Topics were random, like 'Were-wolf vs Vampires' or 'Apple vs Samsung'. The last part was a practice phone call where we were given a scenario about a prospect and what we were collecting for, and we had to try and convince the interviewer to donate.
