The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was pretty nervous but the interviewer was really understanding of my previous experience. They were upfront about the job duties and what to expect on the job.

The hiring process was really opaque, I received absolutely no feedback. They seem desperate to hire, which contributes to a strange company culture. Upper management is detached from employees and departments operate in silos, causing frequent miscommunication. It's a shame because the company's objectives are worthwhile.

The interview started on time, and they let me know how much time was left. At the end, they gave me a good amount of info about the company and told me what to expect next.
