Submitted an online application and then attended two days of interviews in Geneva. Candidates present their past work to group leaders. The presentation schedule can be a bit disorganized, so be prepared for waits between interviews. Group leaders also give short presentations about their lab's work and opportunities. There are many chances to tour labs and have one-on-one chats with group leaders.

I applied for a position I found online. First, I had a 30-minute video call interview. A few weeks later, they contacted me again to let me know I was invited to come to Geneva for a final, in-person interview. I finally got the job after this second interview, where I had to present myself to about ten people and answer questions.
